Who we are

TAACH Ltd is an interior architecture practice based in London, United Kingdom. For any question about this policy, or about information we hold, write to ma@taach.co.

Company registration details are to be confirmed and will be added here before this policy is published.

What we collect

If you complete the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, telephone number, project location, project type, budget range, timeline and message you provide, together with any file or TAACH Folio you choose to attach.

If you subscribe to TAACH Editions, we collect your email address together with the date, source and wording of your consent and the event confirming your double opt-in. We do not add enquiry-form contacts to this list unless they subscribe separately.

We do not ask for any information beyond what is needed for the service you selected, and none of these details are shared with advertisers.

Why we use it

We use the details you send solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a project follows, to correspond with you about it. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact the studio.

We use a confirmed subscriber's email address to send one TAACH Editions message each day about projects, material studies and E‑Magazine releases. We rely on the consent given through the separate subscription form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any edition.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for no longer than twenty-four months. Where a project proceeds, correspondence is retained for as long as we are required to keep project records.

Confirmed newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to erase them. We may retain the minimum suppression record needed to make sure an address that has opted out is not accidentally subscribed again. Unconfirmed sign-ups are not added to the newsletter list.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are received by the studio. Brevo acts as our email delivery and newsletter-list processor. Cloudflare provides the human-verification service used to protect our forms. Website hosting is handled by a provider acting on our instructions and will be named here once the production host is confirmed.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not transfer it outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area except where a named provider requires it, and then only under an approved safeguard.

Cookies and measurement

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a small first-party preference in your browser to remember when you dismissed, opened or completed the TAACH Editions prompt; it does not contain your email address and is not used to follow you across websites.

If you create a TAACH Folio, its public project-image selections and optional note are stored only in your browser for up to thirty days. They are sent to the studio only when you deliberately attach the Folio to an enquiry.

Brevo may create standard delivery, open and link-event records while operating the mailing service. TAACH uses those records only to manage Editions and email deliverability, not for advertising or cross-site profiling. This section will be updated and consent requested if the measurement changes in a way that requires it.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at the address above and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority.
